Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION #10-Ol-XXX <br />RESOLUTION ADOPTING THE 2010 CITY OF RAMSEY ECONOMIC <br />DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY FUND BUDGET <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br />1) That the annual budget of the City of Ramsey for the fiscal year beginning January 1, <br />2010 is hereby adopted for the Economic Development Authority Fund as follows: <br />ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT FUND <br />Revenues: <br />Taxes (EDA Levy) $291,705 <br />Interest Earnings $3,000 <br />Total Revenues 294 705 <br />Operating and Capital Expenditures: <br />Personal Services 80,897 <br />Supplies 8,500 <br />Services and Charges 140,850 <br />Capital Outlay 61,458 <br />Other Financing Uses - <br />Operating Transfers 0 <br />Total Operating and Capital Expenditures 291 705 <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />and the following voted against the same: <br />and the following abstained: <br />and the following were absent: <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council <br />this the 26~' day of January, 2010. <br />Mayor <br />
