Mr. Dufon explained <br />this interim use perri~would allow the office space and needed Sunday space to be under a <br />single roof,' until such,ne building could begin on their new facility. <br />Discussion ensued on the wall locations and sizes. There are a total of 204 seats and this would <br />give adequate seating for a typical Sunday and would meet the short term needs of the church. <br />Commissioner Levine asked about the lease. Mr. Dufon stated it is a two year lease with an <br />option for a third year.
