Public Works Director Olson stated the flow of traffic down Highway 47 would never be shutoff <br />according to MnDOT. <br />Public Works Director Olson stated the City had been waiting for years to see what was going to <br />happen with Highway 47, but something needed to be done and they either needed to do <br />Dysprosium or they don't do it. <br />Councilmember McGlone stated he was not in favor of narrowing the road. <br />Mayor Ramsey asked to have the entire scope of the project sent to Council. <br />Councilmember Dehen believed this should proceed forward. <br />City Administrator Ulrich asked if Council could make a decision on the assessment tonight. <br />Councilmember Look stated he liked Option B. The rest of the Council liked Option A. <br />It was the Council's consensus look at Option A where the City would pick up the cost of the <br />drive apron and have this brought back to the Council at a future work session meeting. <br />4) 2009 North Metro Mayors Association Business of the Year <br />City Administrator Ulrich reviewed the staff report. <br />It was Council's consensus to vote for Vision Ease and leave the rest of them blank. <br />5) Annual Holiday Party <br />City Administrator Ulrich reviewed the staff report.
