Presentation <br />Assistant City Engineer Jankowski reviewed the staff report. <br />Citizen Input <br />There was none. <br />Motion by Councilmember Look, seconded by Councilmember McGlone, to close the public <br />hearing. <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Ramsey, Councilmembers Look, McGlone, Dehen, Elvig, <br />Jeffrey, and Wise. Voting No: None. <br />The public hearing was closed at 8:13 p.m. <br />Council Business <br />Mayor Ramsey called the regular City Council meeting back to order at 8:13 p.m. <br />Mayor Ramsey asked if drainage problems would be addressed with this proposal. <br />Assistant City Engineer Jankowski responded drainage problems would be addressed. <br />Motion by Councilmember Elvig, seconded by Councilmember Wise, to maintain the proposed <br />assessment the way it was contained in the Feasibility Study. <br />Motion carried. Voting -Yes: Mayor Ramsey, Councilmembers Elvig, Wise, Dehen, Jeffrey, <br />Look, and McGlone. Voting No: None. <br />Case #4: Review and Adopt 2010 Tax Levy and General Fund Budget <br />Finance Officer Lund reviewed the staff report. <br />Motion by Mayor Ramsey, seconded by Councilmember Look, to adopt Resolution 09-12-277 <br />Resolution Adopting the 2009, Payable 2010 Municipal Tax Levy and to adopt Resolution 09- <br />12-278 Resolution Adopting the 2010 City of Ramsey General Fund Operating Budget. <br />Motion carried.. Voting Yes: Mayor Ramsey, Councilmembers Look, Dehen, Elvig, Jeffrey, <br />McGlone, and Wise.
