1. Ads for vacancies will be published in the Ramsey Resident twice to <br />give residents maximum response time. <br />2. The following language will be added to the Policy for Appointing <br />Board and Commission Members, Section 3.C.3. <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Ramsey, Councilmembers Dehen, McGlone, Elvig, Look, <br />and Wise. Voting No: None. Absent: Councilmember Jeffrey.- <br />8. MAYOR, COUNCIL AND STAFF INPUT <br />1. First Annual Mayor's Snowmobile Ride <br />Mayor Ramsey noted the First Annual Mayor's Snowmobile Ride was being held on Saturday, <br />January 30 as a fundraiser for Youth First. <br />2. Cost of Building Request <br />Councilmember Dehen stated he wanted to have staff investigate the cost of the building <br />discussed at the last worksession. <br />3. Benefit for Abbv Dwyer <br />Mayor Ramsey noted the Abby Dwyer benefit was January 31 starting at 1:00 p.m. at The <br />Fountains of Ramsey. He noted Abby was the Police Captain's daughter who had leukemia. <br />4. Hearings re Bond Request for Ramsey Rail Station <br />City Administrator Ulrich stated there was a Senate and House hearing regarding the capital <br />bond request for the rail station within the next two weeks. <br />9. ADJOURNMENT <br />Motion by Councilmember Dehen, seconded by Councilmember Look, to adjourn the meeting. <br />Motion carried. <br />The regular meeting of the City Council adjourned at 9:23 p.m. <br />Respectfully submitted, <br />Kurtis G.
