interpretation of this Section, such person may appeal the Compliance Order as set forth <br />in Chapter 9 entitled Zoning and Subdivision of Land, Section 9.03.08 "Board of <br />Administrative Appeals" of the Ramsey City Code. The filing of an appeal shall stay all <br />proceedings, unless such a stay would cause imminent peril to life, health, safety or <br />property. <br /> <br /> SUbd. 6. Emergency Cases. When a violation of this Section <br />constitutes an imminent peril to life, health, safety or property, the City may require <br />immediate compliance and if necessa15, take appropriate action to correct the violation. <br /> <br /> Subd. 7. Restrictions on Transfer of Ownership. The owner of <br />any building, or any part thereof, upon whom a pending Compliance Order has been <br />served, may not sell, transfer, mortgage, lease, or otherwise dispose of the building or any <br />part thereof, to another person until the provisions of the Compliance Order have been <br />complied with, unless such owner shall furnish to the grantee, lessee, or mortgagee a true <br />copy of any notice of violation or Compliance Order and shall obtain and possess a <br />receipt of acknowledgement. Anyone securing an interest iri the building, or any part <br />thereof, who has received notice of the existence of a violation or Compliance Order shall <br />be bound by such violation or Order without further service of notice and shall be liable <br />for all penalties and procedures provided by this Chapter. <br /> <br />8.60.11 <br /> <br />Notice of Agents, Operators, Managers, and Officers. <br /> <br /> Subd. 1. Common Interest Facilities. The association of any <br />common interest facility shall notify the City in writing of the name, address, and <br />telephone number of the association president, or other authorized contact individual, and <br />shall re-notify the City in writing of any change in the identity, address, or telephone <br />number of that individual. <br /> <br /> Subd. 2. Rental Facilities. The owner of any rental facility, <br />including single occupancy facility, shall notify the City in writing of any change in the <br />identity, address, or telephone number of that individual. <br /> <br />8.60.12 <br /> <br />Existing Structures and Units. <br /> <br /> Subd. 1. Any structure or unit existing prior to the adoption of this <br />Chapter shall be deemed conforming if it was in confonr~ance with all applicable laws <br />and ordinances when it was constructed or last reconstructed, remodeled, repaired, or <br />altered. <br /> <br />8.60.13 Severabilit3'. <br /> <br /> Subd. 1. Should any portion of this Section be found to be violation <br />of any provisions of the Constitution of the State of Minnesota or the United States of <br />America, such a finding will affect only such portion and the remainder of this Section <br />shall continue in full force and effect. <br /> <br /> <br />
