wiring; exposed or uninsulated wires; distribution systems of <br />extension cords or other temporary methods, ungrounded system, <br />ungrounded appliances in contact with earth. <br /> <br />Plumbing systems that are inoperable or unsanitary due to: leaking <br />waste systems, fixtures, and traps; lack of a water closet; lack of <br />washing and bathing facilities; cross connection of pure water supply <br />with fixtures of sewage lines, or system failure. <br /> <br />e4 <br /> <br />Structural systems, wails, chimneys, ceilings, roofs, foundations, and <br />floor systems that will not safely carry imposed loads. <br /> <br />Rubbish, garbage, human waste, decaying dead animals, animal <br />waste, other materials rendering it unsanitary for human occupancy. <br /> <br />g. Infestation of rodents, insects, vermin, and other pests. <br /> <br />Water supply that is inoperable or unsanitary due to: leaking supply <br />pipes, fixtures, and traps, cross com~ection with sewage lines, or <br />system failure. <br /> <br />8.60.06 Provisions and Maintenance of Basic Services and Utilities in <br /> Manufactured Home Parks <br /> <br /> Subd. 1. Plumbing, Heating, and Electrical Services. Every <br />owner of a mobile home park shall be responsible for the provision and maintenance of <br />plumbing, heating and electrical service to each mobile home. All utilities shall be <br />constructed, installed and maintained in accordance with the laws of the state, the <br />recommendations of the state health department, and the ordinances and requirements of <br />the City. <br /> <br /> Subd. 2. Illumination. Every public hall and stairway in every <br />mobile park community building shall be adequately lighted by natural or electric light at <br />all times so as to provide effective illumination in all parts thereof. <br /> <br />8.60.07 <br /> <br />Unfit for Human Habitation <br /> <br /> Subd. 1. Declaration. Any' dwelling unit which is damaged, <br />decayed, dilapidated, unsanitary, unsafe, pest infested, or which lacks provision for <br />illumination, ventilation, or sanitary facilities to the extent that the defects create a hazard <br />to the health, safety, or welfare of the occupants or of the public may be declared unfit for <br />human habitation. Whenever any premises, building or dwelling unit has been declared <br />unfit for human habitation the City Building Official shall order the building or affected <br />dwelling unit(s) vacated within a reasonable time and shall post a placard on same <br />indicating that it is unfit for human habitation and any license previously issued for such <br />building, dwelling, or occupancy hsall be revoked. <br /> <br /> <br />
