E. Basis for Compensation <br /> <br />Proposals shall include an estimate of your total fee for each project <br />budget scenario quoted as follows: <br /> <br />Fee for Consultant Services <br /> <br />Fee for reimbursable expenses <br /> <br />TOTAL LUMP SUM FEE ALL INCLUSIVE <br /> <br />$ <br /> <br />$ <br /> <br />$ <br /> <br />The above stated amount should represent the total cost of services to the <br />City except as it may be modified by changes and negotiated in the scope <br />of work. <br /> <br />F. List of References <br /> <br />G Any Additional Information Consultant Wishes to Submit. <br /> <br />H. Meetings - The consultant should plan on and budget for eight <br /> meetings during the course of the work. The meetings include: <br /> <br />1. S[art Up Phase Meeting <br />2. City Staff and EDA Meetings <br />3. A business meeting with owners and managers. <br />4. A final repot[, meeting to discuss the results of the study <br /> and recommendations. <br /> <br />Selection Criteria <br /> <br />Selection criteria will include consultant's approach to the scope of <br />services, demonstrated previous experience in retail consulting. <br /> <br />Rights Reserved <br /> <br />The City reserves the right to waive any irregularities in any proposal and <br />to select the .proposal evaluated to be most advantageous to the. City. <br />Further, the City reserves the right to disqualify any proposal or to reject <br />all proposals if it is deemed to be in its best interest. <br /> <br />14 <br /> <br /> <br />
