E. Meetings - The consultant should plan on and budget for eight <br /> meetings during the course of the work. The meetings include: <br /> <br />1. S[art Up Phase Meeting <br />2. City Staff and EDA Meetings <br />3. A business meeting with owners and managers. <br />4. A final repot[, meeting to discuss the results of the study <br /> and recommendations. <br /> <br />Selection Criteria <br /> <br />Selection criteria will include consultant's approach to the scope of <br />services, demonstrated previous experience in retail consulting. <br /> <br />Rights Reserved <br /> <br />The City reserves the right to waive any irregularities in any proposal and <br />to select the .proposal evaluated to be most advantageous to the.
