One group worked on the NCBD, and two groups worked on the CRTV. Their <br />tasks included: <br /> <br />Identify a "wish list" of land use ideas for development/redevelopment in the two <br />sites <br />Identify constraints (environmental regulations and land use controls) within the <br />NCBD and the CRTV that would limit the Scope of development/redevelopment <br />Determine how much (square footage and height) of each land use can be developed, <br />redeveloped, or infilled <br />Locate the preferred land uses on a map <br />Evaluate the preferred land uses against those recommended in a market study <br />prepared by Maxfield Research <br /> <br /> <br />
