VISUAL, RANKING SURVEY (V'R.S): <br />Thirty-six slides were presented twice to the PAT to get input on three physical components of <br />the built environment: I) land use, 2) frontage, and 5) streetscape. The PAT was then asked to <br />decide if a particular image should be required, encouraged, or prohibited as a component of <br />development/redevelopment in the NCBD and CRTV. <br /> <br />The PAT's input provided strong direction and clear indications about What people in Anoka <br />want to see, where they want to see it, how big it should be, how close to the sidewalk it should <br />be.
