Case <br /> <br />REVIEW DRAFT DEVELOPER LIST TO RECEIVE RFI <br /> By: Amy Geisler, Community Development Department <br /> <br />Background: <br /> <br />At its May 15, 2003 meeting the Housing Committee directed staff to draft a Request for <br />Information for a proposed development on Sunfish Lake Blvd. Staff was also directed to <br />come up with a list of possible recipients for the RFI. <br /> <br />The following items are enclosed for your information: <br /> <br />a) MN Homebuilders' Association- 2003 Developers Council member list <br />b) Current Development List- City of Ramsey <br /> <br />Observations: <br /> <br />Staff contacted the MN Home Builders' Association and received the attached list of <br />members of the MNHBA Developers Council. The list represents a large percentage of <br />the developers that are active in the Twin Cities area (The members that have been <br />crossed out are builders only). Most of the developers on the list are medium-size <br />operations, which may be better suited to the kind of project the Housing Committee has <br />in mind. A list of developers with current projects in Ramsey is also included. <br /> <br />RHC Action: <br /> <br />Review the attached lists of developers, suggest additions or deletions, and direct staff on <br />a finalized list. <br /> <br />Review Checklist: <br />City Administrator <br />Associate Planner <br /> <br />RHC: 6.19.03 <br /> <br /> <br />
