5. Developer's perspective on the m, arket potential for the site, specifically addressing <br /> the market for owner-occupied town homes and condominiums. The analysis should <br /> include potential unit prices, valued, amenities, density requirements, and other <br /> relevant in£ormation. <br />6. A simple design concept that illustrates how the site could be developed. <br />7. Three or more references of officials from cities where previous projects have been <br /> completed. <br />8. Brief description of the developer's expectation regarding the land purchase, <br /> including the purchase value of the land, and any public assistance needed for site <br /> preparation and/or public improvements. <br />9. A simple Source and Use of Funds statement illustrating the public/private <br /> development process as perceived by the developer. <br /> <br />RIGHTS RESERVED <br />The City of Ramsey reserves the right to waive any irregularities in any submittal and to <br />select the submittal deemed to be the most advantageous to the City. The City also <br />reserves the right to disqualify any submittal or to reject all submittals if it is determined <br />to be in its best interest. The City shall not be liable for any expenses incurred by the <br />applicant, including, but not limited to expenses associated with the preparation of <br />submittals.
