of the attached/detached garage shall not contain less than 440 square feet <br />per unit. <br /> <br />Three or More Family Structures. Three or more family structures shall <br />have at least three (3) livable rooms, as defined by the State Building Code, <br />and the overall dimensions shall contain the following minimum floor areas, <br />exclusive of garages, per unit: <br /> <br />1. 600 square feet for single floor units; and <br /> <br />2. 800 square feet for multiple level units. <br /> <br />do <br /> <br />Each unit of any three or more unit structures shall have an <br />attached/detached garage with overall dimensions that contain not less than <br />240 square feet. <br /> <br />No manufactured home shall have a width of less than 24 feet at its <br />narrowest point. <br /> <br />No single family manufactured home erected in the City after July 31, 1982 <br />built in conformance with Minnesota Statutes, {}327.31 to 327.35 shall be <br />constructed unless built on a full foundation which foundation is underneath <br />the entire structure including attached garages and which foundation <br />complies with the State Uniform Building Code. <br /> <br />9.11.06 Incineration Burning <br /> <br /> Subd. 1. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in Chapter 9.01 of the City <br />Code, no burning of solid waste, hazardous waste, medical waste or special waste by use of an <br />incinerator or hazardous waste incinerator shall be allowed within the City either as a permitted <br />use or conditional use. <br /> <br />Subd. 2. As used herein the following words shall have the meanings defined <br /> <br />herein: <br /> <br /> Hazardous Waste - means any refuse, sludge, or other waste material or <br />combinations of refuse, sludge or other waste materials in solid, semisolid, liquid, or contained <br />gaseous form which because of its quantity, concentration, or chemical, physical, or infectious <br />characteristics may (a) cause or significantly contribute to an increase in mortality or an increase <br />in serious irreversible, or incapacitating reversible illness; or (b) pose a substantial present or <br />potential hazard to human health or the environment when improperly treated, stored, <br />transported, or disposed of, or otherwise managed. Categories of hazardous waste materials <br />include, but are not limited to: explosives, flammables, oxidizers, poisons, irritants, and <br />corrosives. Hazardous waste does not include source, special nuclear, or by-product material as <br />defined by the Atomic Energy Act of 1954, as amended. <br /> <br /> Hazardous Waste Incinerator - means an enclosed device using controlled <br />flame combustion, a purpose of which is to thermally break down hazardous waste and that <br />neither meets the criteria for classification as a boiler nor is listed or can be classified as an <br />industrial boiler. <br /> <br /> <br />
