THE FRONT PROPERTY LINE THAN THE PRINCIPAL. STRUCTuRE, VARIANCE TO FRONT YARD SETBACK, AND SIDEWALL HEIGHT REST~CTIONS . WHEREAS, Russell Peterson, hereinafter referred to as "Applicant," has properly applied for a variailce from Section 9.11.02 (Accessory Structures) of the Ramsey City Code to construct an acces~orystructure nearer the front property line than the principal strucWr'e on ~e .. property generally known as 17725 Nowthen Blvd NW and legally described as follows: ,That part of the Southeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of Section 3, township32, Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota described as follows: CommencinK at the intersection of south line of said Quarter Quarter and center lirie of CSAH No.5, said point of i.ntersection being 862.g2 feet west of southeast comer of said .
