The topic is to address a variance to build an accessory structvre at 5161156th Lane NW. <br /> <br />My wife, Gail A. Dean and self, Donald E. Dean, reside to the north of this site.at 5175 157th Lane NW. <br />The current location of Mark and Mary Hilliard's accessory building is far' preferable to the alternate.site <br />proposed by the city. The alternate site becomes obtrusive to the aesthetics of the back yard~. The <br />current site is indiscernible from oUr vantage point and minimally. visible from the street when fQliage is <br />held by the under-story trees. <br /> <br />We have no objedions to it being finished in its current location. <br /> <br />Respectfully submitted, <br />Donald E.
