The following is a brief summary of actions taken in January that may be of <br />interest to the Planning Commission: < <br /> <br />Ordinance to Repeal Article Fourteen < (Rental Residential Dwelling Units). The City Council iutroduced <br />an ordinance to repeal the City's Residential Unit Rental Licensing Program. However, adoption of the <br />ordinance to repeal was tabled to explore opportunities to amend the ordinance versus repeal of the entire <br />ordinance. ' < <br /> <br />, Requestfor Conditional Use Permit to Exceed the Total Amount of Accessory Structure Square Footage; <br />Case of Gene and Cindy Goede. . The City Council approved the request for a conditional use permit, <br />subject to upgrading the exterior of the structure to better mat~h the dwelling unit. <br /> <br />Ordinance to Amend 99.11.08 (Residential Off-Street Parking) (NEW 9117-355) of the Zoning Chapter of <br />City Code,' Case of the City of Ramsey. The City Council approved the ordinance to amend the City's Off <br />Street Parking Ordinance.
