PURPOSE It is tile purpose of this Ordinance authorize the City to sell certain r property which properly the City Cour :ii has determined is no longer necessary )r the City's purposes. This chapter is adol~t. ed pursuant to and under tim authoritylof Section 12.05 of the City Charter. SECTION 2. SALE AUTHORIZATIO~ The City Council hereby declares t~e following legally described real property owned by the city, as surplus propel~ and hereby authorizes its sale. Said pro]0- erty is legally described as follows: THE SOUTH 167 FEET OF LOT 2, BLOCK 1 AND SOUTH 167 FEET OF LOT 2A, BLOCK 1, WEST RADIUM BUSINESS CENTER FIRST ADDITION, Anoka County, Minnesota SECTION 3. TERMS OF SALE The City Council has by a propeliy enacted resolution determined the co sideration and terms upon which above-described property may be sold SECTION 4. EFFECTIVE DATE This Ordinance becomes effecti, re upon its passage and thirty (30) da after its publication according to subject to City Charter Provision, Sectit in 5.04.
