~ . o~ <br />Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION #10-02-x;XX <br />RESOLUTION RECEIVING REPORT -AND CALLING A PUBLIC HEARING ON <br />IMPROVEMENT PROJECT 10-02 THE SEALCOATING OF STREETS IN BEAUDRY <br />ADDITION, PELTZER ADDITION, UNPLATTED STREET IN SECTIONS 21 & 22, <br />AND SORTEBURG 4TH & 5TH ADDITIONS <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to a motion of the Ramsey City Council, adopted February 9, 2010, a <br />feasibility study for the 2010 Street Maintenance Program has been prepared by Steve <br />Jankowski, Assistant City Engineer, with reference to Improvement Projectl0-02 the sealcoating <br />of streets in Beaudry Addition, Peltzer Addition, Unplatted Street In Sections 21 & 22, and <br />Sorteburg 4th & 5th Addition including the streets more specifically described below: and, <br />149th Ave from Ramsey Blvd to Limonite St <br />149th Lane from Limonite St to Cul de sac <br />150th Ave from Kamacite St to Garnet St <br />150th Lane from Ramsey Blvd to Uranimite St <br />151st Ave from Ramsey Blvd to Garnet St <br />151st Ave from Ramsey Blvd to Uranimite St <br />151st Lane from Ramsey Blvd to Uranimite St <br />152nd Ave from Ramsey Blvd to pt 200 ft e/o Hematite St <br />152nd Ave from Ramsey Blvd to Uranimite St <br />152nd Lane from Ramsey Blvd to Uranimite St <br />153rd Ave from Ramsey Blvd to Jaspar St <br />153rd Lane from Ramsey Blvd to Rhinestone St <br />154th Lane from Ramsey Blvd to Rhinestone St <br />158th Ave from Armstrong Blvd to Variolite St <br />Garnet St from 150th Ave to Cul de sac <br />Hematite St from .150th Ave to Cul de sac <br />Jaspar St from 151st Ave to 153rd Ave <br />Kamacite St from 149th Lane to 152nd Ave <br />Limonite St from 149th Ave to 151st Ave <br />WHEREAS, the report provides information regarding whether the proposed project is <br />necessary, cost effective, and feasible. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br />1) That the Ramsey City Council will consider the improvements of crackfilling and <br />sealcoating of such streets in accordance with the report and the assessment of abutting <br />property for all or a portion of .the cost of the improvement pursuant to Minnesota <br />Statutes Chapter 429 and the Ramsey City Code Section 4.60 at an estimated total cost of <br />$166,037. <br />RESOLUTION #10-02-XXX <br />Page 1 of 2 <br />
