S~ ~~ Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #10-02-XXX RESOLUTION RECEIVING REPORT AND CALLING A PUBLIC HEARING ON IMPROVEMENT PROJECT 10-06 THE BITUMINOUS OVERLAY OF OLD CRS, AND DOLOMITE STREET BETWEEN HIGHWAY 10 AND RIVERDALE DRIVE WHEREAS, pursuant to a motion of the Ramsey City Council, adopted February 9, 2010, a feasibility study for the 2010 Street Maintenance Program has been prepared by .Steve Jankowski, Assistant City Engineer, with reference to Improvement Projectl0-06 the bituminous overlay of Old CRS, and Dolomite Street Between Highway 10 And Riverdale Drive: and, WHEREAS, the report provides information regarding whether the proposed project is necessary, cost effective, and feasible. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) That the Ramsey City Council will consider the improvements of bituminous overlay of such streets in accordance with the report and the assessment of abutting property for all or a portion of the cost of the improvement pursuant to Minnesota Statutes. Chapter 429 and the Ramsey City Code Section 4.60 at an estimated total cost of $42,154. 2) That a public hearing shall be held on such proposed improvement on the 9th day of March, 2010 in the Council Chambers of the Ramsey Municipal Center located at 7550 Sunwood Drive NW at 7:00 p.m. and the City Administrator shall give mailed and published notice of such hearing and improvement as required by law. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember ,, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: and the following voted against the same: and the following abstained: and the following were absent: whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this the 9t" day of February 2010.
