S~ ~~ <br />Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION #10-02-XXX <br />RESOLUTION RECEIVING REPORT AND CALLING A PUBLIC HEARING ON <br />IMPROVEMENT PROJECT 10-06 THE BITUMINOUS OVERLAY OF OLD CRS, AND <br />DOLOMITE STREET BETWEEN HIGHWAY 10 AND RIVERDALE DRIVE <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to a motion of the Ramsey City Council, adopted February 9, 2010, a <br />feasibility study for the 2010 Street Maintenance Program has been prepared by .Steve <br />Jankowski, Assistant City Engineer, with reference to Improvement Projectl0-06 the bituminous <br />overlay of Old CRS, and Dolomite Street Between Highway 10 And Riverdale Drive: and, <br />WHEREAS, the report provides information regarding whether the proposed project is <br />necessary, cost effective, and feasible. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br />1) That the Ramsey City Council will consider the improvements of bituminous overlay of <br />such streets in accordance with the report and the assessment of abutting property for all <br />or a portion of the cost of the improvement pursuant to Minnesota Statutes. Chapter 429 <br />and the Ramsey City Code Section 4.60 at an estimated total cost of $42,154. <br />2) That a public hearing shall be held on such proposed improvement on the 9th day of <br />March, 2010 in the Council Chambers of the Ramsey Municipal Center located at 7550 <br />Sunwood Drive NW at 7:00 p.m. and the City Administrator shall give mailed and <br />published notice of such hearing and improvement as required by law. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />,, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />and the following voted against the same: <br />and the following abstained: <br />and the following were absent: <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council <br />this the 9t" day of February 2010. <br />RESOLUTION #10-02-XXX <br />Page 1 of 2 <br />
