<br />IV. BASIS OF COMPENSATION: <br /> <br />A. Development Management Services <br /> <br />Project Organization / Planning / Development Feasibility / Marketing Phases <br /> <br />1. Landform shall provide services for the estimated six (6) month period from <br />February 1, 2010 - July 30, 2010 period per the following activity schedule on <br />a fixed fee basis: <br /> <br /> <br />Activit <br />Pre-Development & Planning <br />Municipal Approvals I Entitlements I Dev <br />Architectural Coordination & Establishme <br />Preliminary Engineering <br />Project Construction Guidelines & Rules <br />Anchor Procurement Process <br />Commence Sales & Leasing effort & Devel <br />Marketing <br />Financial Analysis <br />Tenant Coordination <br />Off-Site Improvement Coordina <br />Public Projects <br />Owners Coordination (exi <br />Reporting & On-Goin <br /> <br />$xxx,XXX <br /> <br />ort and administrative development <br />on July 1,2010 on a monthly basis for 24 <br /> <br />n-going support and administrative development <br />ommencing on July 1,2012 on a monthly basis for 24 <br />r month. <br /> <br />B. <br /> <br />In addition to the administrative compensation received for development <br />management services, Landform shall receive additional incentive-based <br />compensation for development management services based upon success in <br />advancing the development. <br /> <br />1. For the purposes of this Agreement, it is assumed that the disposition of <br />various land parcels may occur in any of three ways: Sale or Lease, Public- <br />Private Partnership (P3), or Owner Self-Developed.
