Anne Berg, VyWay presented the Town Center Brand Strategy map.

The HRA discussed what the next steps were with the map; the HRA being the developers of
Town Center; and that the City might be selling something that could not be lived up to.

Ms. Berg noted branding was built up over years and it would not happen overnight. She
indicated this would incrementally be done over a number of years.

Chairperson Dehen arrived at 5:28 p.m.

City Administrator Ulrich noted staff would incorporate the comments made and bring this back
to the HRA at a future meeting.

COMMITTEE REPORTS

None.

EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR'S REPORT

None.

COMMISSIONER INPUT

None.

ADJOURNMENT

Motion by Commissioner Ramsey, seconded by Commissioner Wise, to close the regular
meeting of the Housing and Redevelopment Authority.

Motion carried.

The regular meeting of the Housing and Redevelopment Authority adjourned at 5:33 p.m.

Respectfully submitted,

Kurtis G.
