Steel sheathing for parts room and wall modifications will not be an exact color match <br />2. Add Air Handler for EDM Machine to exhaust warm air. <br />3. Wiring for EDM Machine is not included due to the lack of information about load requirements. <br />4. EDM Room walls to be painted white. <br />5. All interior doors to be oak slabs with knockdown frames (match existing stain color.) <br />6. Remove carpet in new lunch room and 12" x 12" VCT Tiles: color to be determined. <br />7. Patch floor tiles in EDM Machine room, exact color match is not guaranteed. <br />8. Supply and Install 3 Exterior doors for warehouse. <br />9. Architectural drawings and Specifications forthe Permit Package and Construction to be <br />supplied by JDA Design Architects at the Owners expense. <br />10. Proposal is based on plans provided and the possibility does exist the City of Ramsey may <br />require code updates to the building which are not included. <br /> <br />Total: $ 28,800.00 <br /> <br />Option: <br />Remove wall in Drafting Room. <br />Notes: <br />1. Demo wall and add header to save existing suspended ceiling. <br />2. Relocate electric wires in wall. <br />3. Repaint all walls: color to be determined <br />4.
