ORDINANCE #10-0 CITY OF RAMSEY ANOKA COUNTY STATE OF MINNESOTA AN AMENDMENT TO CHAPTER 9 WHICH IS KNOWN AS THE ZONING AND SUBDIVISION OF LAND CHAPTER OF THE CITY CODE OF RAMSEY, MINNESOTA. AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 9.02 "DEFINITIONS" OF CHAPTER NINE OF CITY CODE The City of Ramsey ordains: SECTION 1." AUTHORITY This ordinance is adopted pursu- ant to and under the authority of the City Charter of the City of Ramsey. SECTION 2. SUMMARY The following official summary of Ordinance #10 -01 has been approved by the City Council of the City of Ramsey a5 clearly informing the public of the intent and effect of . the Ordinance. Ordinance #1 0-01 amends the definition of topsoil to be consistent with the requirements of Table 3877 -3 found in,IVEnDOTSpecifica- _tion 3877C (Prer tii n - '1'opsoil Bor- row). SECTION`EFFECTIVE DATE The effective date of this ordi- nance is thirty (30) days after its pas- sage and publication, subject to City Charter Section 5.07.
