ORDINANCE #10-0 <br />CITY OF RAMSEY <br />ANOKA COUNTY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />AN AMENDMENT TO CHAPTER 9 <br />WHICH IS KNOWN AS THE ZONING <br />AND SUBDIVISION OF LAND <br />CHAPTER OF THE CITY CODE OF <br />RAMSEY, MINNESOTA. <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING <br />SECTION 9.02 "DEFINITIONS" OF <br />CHAPTER NINE OF CITY CODE <br />The City of Ramsey ordains: <br />SECTION 1." AUTHORITY <br />This ordinance is adopted pursu- <br />ant to and under the authority of the <br />City Charter of the City of Ramsey. <br />SECTION 2. SUMMARY <br />The following official summary of <br />Ordinance #10 -01 has been <br />approved by the City Council of the <br />City of Ramsey a5 clearly informing <br />the public of the intent and effect of <br />. the Ordinance. <br />Ordinance #1 0-01 amends the <br />definition of topsoil to be consistent <br />with the requirements of Table <br />3877 -3 found in,IVEnDOTSpecifica- <br />_tion 3877C (Prer tii n - '1'opsoil Bor- <br />row). <br />SECTION`EFFECTIVE DATE <br />The effective date of this ordi- <br />nance is thirty (30) days after its pas- <br />sage and publication, subject to City <br />Charter Section 5.07. <br />Adopted by the Ramsey City <br />Council the 12th day of January, <br />2010. <br />Bob Ramsey <br />Mayor <br />ATTEST: <br />Jo Ann M.
