City of Ramsey 2030 Comprehensive Plan Update Revisions since Authorization for Distribution for Adjacent Jurisdictional Review* Chapter 1: Introduction No Changes Chapter 2: Vision, Values and Goals No Changes Chapter 3: Background Report (summarized version) No Changes Chapter 4: Assumptions Revised forecasts as requested by Metropolitan Council. Chapter 5: Land Use Revised forecasts as requested by Metropolitan Council. Divided forecasts by sanitary sewer district and provided consolidated table of forecasts. Chapter 6: Transportation Revised as indicated in Redlined version. Updated references to existing plans and completed work. Provided additional exhibits as requested by Metropolitan Council. Chapter 7: Housing Revised to note affordable housing capacity of 669 units. Chapter 8: Wastewater Revised as indicated in Redlined version. Referenced Inflow /Infiltration mitigation processes. Provided revised sanitary sewer flow projections based on Future Land Use Map. Summarized Individual Sanitary Sewer maintenance component. NOTE: City must incorporate enforcement procedures for systems that do not comply with State Statute in regards to pumping every three (3) years. Staff recommends incorporating this into existing Code Enforcement Program, which would already be allowed under City Code (no further action required). Chapter 9: Water Revised to note completed Wellhead Protection Plan and respond to advisory comment to consider water conservation techniques /practices. Chapter 10: Parks Revised as indicated in Redlined version. Provide updated information regarding Rum River Central Park. Provided summary of all regional park facilities (Mississippi River Regional Trail, Central Anoka County Regional Trail, Rum River Trail, Rum River Central Park, and Mississippi West Regional Park). Clarified role of Anoka County in regional park planning. Prepared exhibit of regional park facilities.
