Staff found that the Update is incomplete for review for land use, forecasts, housing, ISTS, <br />wastewater services, transportation and parks. The review of the Update will be suspended until the <br />additional information is submitted and found complete for review. A description of the incomplete items <br />and advisory comments follows. <br />REQUIRED MATERIALS <br />Land Use (Susan Hoyt, 651- 602 -1330; Lisa Barajas, 651- 602 -1895) <br />The Update is incomplete for Land Use review.' <br />• The Future Land Use Table needs to include the percentage of land area for each land use <br />category to be consistent with the Existing Land Use Table. <br />The Land Use Staging Table in Five -Year Increments needs to include the minimum and <br />maximum density range for residential uses. (Zero should not be used as a minimum density. The <br />Council guidelines for calculating the City's residential density and capacity for accommodating <br />residential growth utilizes the minimum density). <br />The Table of Net Density of New Planned Residential Land needs to include the minimum and <br />maximum density for each residential land use category and all of the acreage for residential land <br />staged for development between 2020 and 2030, in addition to the "New Planned Residential <br />Land."
