ATTACHMENT A <br />THE CITY OF RAMSEY <br />TRASH REMOVAL, CLEANING AND INSPECTION STANDARD SERVICE LEVELS <br />A. Trash <br />1. Contractor will empty all park facility trash cans and provide and replace trash bags if empty all cans if they <br />are over 20% full. (Cans under picnic shelters and within the off -leash area at Alpine Park need to be emptied <br />even if they are under a 20% full.) All trash cans in the City use 55 gallon trash bags with the exception of the <br />permanent cans in the Ramsey Town Center area. These cans require 13 gallon bags. <br />Mutt Mitt containers are to be refilled with Mutt Mitt 2 -ply Outdoor dispenser refills, model <br />(000102450) Mutt Mitt Hangable 800. Refills are available at http/ /www.pickul2mitts.com <br />2. Contractor will empty all park facility recycling containers, replace trash bags and dispose of trash and <br />recyclables in the recycle bins at the public works campus, or other designated municipal dumpsters. All City <br />recycling containers use 55 gallon trash bags. <br />3. Contractor will pick up litter at all parks; which includes all noticeable sidewalks and trails directly <br />between these facilities. E.g. Sunwwood Drive between certain parks. This includes all litter at least 2 "x2 ". <br />The contractor will be required to pick up pieces smaller than 2 "x2" if the concentration is notable, or in high <br />traffic areas such as shelters. <br />4. Contractor will remove any dumped items from the parks (TV's, water heaters, washers, computers ect.) <br />Contractor will dispose of these items at the city's Public Works Facility (14100 Jasper Street NW) or in a <br />proper and preapproved manner, and document these items's proper disposal for separate invoicing to the <br />City. <br />S. Trash needs to be removed based on the schedule provided. (A detailed list of trash duties is included in <br />Supplements A and B.
