D. Additional Requirements <br />1. All contractor vehicles are required to have strobe lights and back up alarms on any vehicles driving in <br />parks or on trails. Contractor vehicles must also have removable and prominent signs on each side of the <br />vehicle that legibly indicates "City of Ramsey contractor." Signs must be installed when within City limits, <br />and removed at the time of departure. <br />2. Contractor vehicles may go no more than 5 miles an hour on trails. Contractor vehicles must also yield to <br />all park patrons. <br />3. Contractor or contractor employees are required to have the contractor's name prominently displayed on <br />their uniform or vest. <br />141Page <br />
