<br />Attachment B <br /> <br />Current Definitions: <br /> <br />Driveway - An on-site traffic lane leading directly to a garage from the closest street access, the <br />width of which cannot exceed the garage wid.th by more than fifteen (15) feet, or in the absence <br />of a garage, a traffic lane to a parking pad that cannot exceed twenty (20) feet in width. <br /> <br />Equipment, Commercial Use - Any motorized or non-motorized apparatus whose primary use <br />is to facilitate the generation of revenue. . <br /> <br />Equipment, Private Use - Any motorized or non-motorized apparatus whose primarY use is for <br />personal activities. not related to generating revenue or profit. <br /> <br />Garage, primary residential--means a garage attached to the principal building or dwelling, or <br />a detached garage where an attached garage does not exist, intended for the storage of vehicles <br />and items accessory to the principal use of the property. Primary residential garages, attached or <br />detached, shall be considered accessory struc:tures. <br /> <br />Motor Vehicle, Commercial Use - Any device designed to be self-propelled that is eligible for <br />leg8.I. operation on the public roads and highways and whose primary use is to facilitate the. . <br />generation of revenue. This shall not include standard passenger automobiles, pickup trucks and <br />vans displaying company logos and/or advertisements. <br /> <br />Motor Vehicle, Private Use - Ally device which is designed to be self-propelled, is eligible for <br />legal operation on the public roads and highways, and whose primary use is to transport persons <br />arid/or property for personal or recreational activities. For purposes of this Chapter, private use <br />motor vehicles shall include operable vintage/Classic cars and race cars. <br /> <br />Parking Surface, Residential ~ The entire area under a vehicle or piece of equipment plus a . <br />one-foot extended perimeter. <br /> <br />Recreational Vehicle - Any mobile home a.s defined herein which is less than thirty (30) feet in <br />overall length. <br /> <br />. Paved surface -- means a constructed hard, smooth surface made: of asphalt, concrete or other <br />. pavement material. Examples include, but are not limited to, road.s, sidewalks, driveways and <br />parking lots. <br /> <br />Screening _.:. means a method of reducing tlle impact of noise and vis~al intrusions with less <br />offensive or more harmonious elements, such as plants, berms, fences or any appropriate <br />combination thereof. . <br /> <br />48. <br />
