V oting Yes: Chairperson Levine, Commissioners VanScoy, Cleveland, <br />Brauer, Dunaway, and Rogers. Voting No: None. Absent: Commissioner Hunt. <br /> <br />APPROVE PLANNING COMMISSION MINUTES <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner VanScoy, seconded by Commissioner Dunaway, to approve the <br />following minutes as presented: <br /> <br />1) Planning Commission public hearing and regular meeting minutes dated December 3, 2009. <br /> <br />.
