Mr. Dufon stated <br />that at the 10:00 Sunday service, the largest attended, there are approximately 180, Saturday <br />afternoon approximately 50 to 75, and 7:30 Sunday 15-25. The total congregational count is 236 <br />and has been growing every year. <br /> <br />Commissioner Brauer asked where the additional parking would go if the parking spaces were <br />filled. . <br /> <br />Mr. Dufon stated that there are 186 parking spaces available and they have the verbal approval to <br />add spaces in the back, which would be included in the lease agreement. <br /> <br />Commissioner Cleveland stated now that they will be in one location they have the availability of <br />adding additional services. Mr. Dufon confirmed that. <br /> <br />Gary Van Scoy, 5851 14ih Lane, parish member, clarified the location of the site on Attachment <br />A, the site location map. . He stated the parish is anXious to get into one place. The set up and <br />transportation between two locations adds additional time and activity for them. <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Cleveland, seconded by Commissioner Dunaway, to close the public <br />hearing. <br /> <br />Motion Carried. Voting Yes: Chairperson Levine, Commissioners Cleveland, Dunaway, Brauer <br />and Rogers. Voting No: None. Absent: Commissioners Hunt and Van Scoy. <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Brauer, seconded by Commissioner Cleveland, to recommend that City <br />Council adopt the resolution approving the Applicant's request for an Interim Use Permit based <br />on the fmdIngs of fact, and declaring terms as proposed. <br /> <br />Motion Carried.
