Councilmember Look expressed concern about the number of dogs and <br />their size, but his concern was mitigated by the fact that Mr. Buckman could control dogs as a <br />professional trainer. Mayor Ramsey stated he was okay with the motion based on the fact that <br />Mr. Buckman had a lot of experience with training dogs and could keep them under control. <br />CounCilmember Wise noted this was also a large lot, which would allow the dogs additional <br />room to run.
