Planning Manager Miller noted in a <br />situation like this, an administrative permit could be requested. Councilmember Look suggested <br />not having a fee for a year or two to allow time for residents to get into compliance. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Look, seconded by Councilmember \Vise, to amend the motion that <br />there is no fee for two years. <br /> <br />Further discussion: Councilmember Dehen stated he wanted to see flexibility, but he did not <br />want to see everyone who comes in get it. He recommended keeping the appeal fee and if the <br />. resident was successful, they would receive their appeal fee back. Councilmember McGlone did <br />not see any hardship with the fees. Councilmember Look stated his motion did not include the <br />appeal fee. City Attorney Goodrich noted the. Section number would change on the Ordinance <br />due to the recodification. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Ramsey, Councilmembers Look, Wise, Dehen, Elvig, <br />Jeffrey, and McGlone.
