<br />~<. <br />J' <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />CITY OF RAMSEY <br />AGREEMENT TO GUARANTEE COMPLIANCE WITH <br />DEVELOPMENT CONDITIONS ESTABLISHED <br />BY THE CITY OF RAMSEY <br /> <br />INTENT AND PURPOSE <br /> <br />To insure that all conditions of approval established by the City of Ramsey <br />for all non residential developments be fully understood by the Applicant <br />and insure that the Applicant fully complies with all conditions established <br />by this agreement. <br /> <br />DESCRIPTION OF PROPERTY <br /> <br />The property is generally known as 13745 Sunfish Lake Blvd. <br /> <br />CONDITIONS OF AGREEMENT <br /> <br />1) Applicant shall submit to the City a site plan as approved <br />by the City. Said site plan shall be marked as Exhibit "A" and shall be in- <br />corporated as a part of this agreement. <br /> <br />2) Applicant shall complete his building and site improvements <br />on or before April 17, 1981. <br /> <br />3) Applicant understands and agrees that the proposed green- <br />house shall be considered as a temporary structure. <br /> <br />4) Applicant shall in no way enclose the plant hanger frame <br />work at the front of the main building. <br /> <br />5) Applicant shall not allow the greenhouse to exist in a state <br />of disrepair. <br /> <br />6) Applicant shall acquire a building perIni t. . <br /> <br />7) Applicant agrees and understands that failure to comply <br />with the terms of this agreement shall result in the cities requiring the <br />removal of the temporary greenhouse. <br /> <br />8) Applicant shall provide "EXIT" "ENTRANCE" signs as shown <br />on Exhibit "A". <br /> <br />9) Applicant shall deposit with the City of Ramsey a cashiers <br />check, irrevocable letter of credit, performance bond or other suitable <br />security acceptable to the City of Ramsey in the amount of 150% of the cost <br />of completing all improvements. Applicant acknowledges that failure to <br />
