<br />(-,. <br />. <br /> <br />C'; <br />. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #81-6 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING THE RATES FOR STORM DRAINAGE IMPROVEMENT CHARGES <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Consulting Engineers Diversified has completed a <br />Comprehensive Storm Drainage Plan for the City of Ramsey, February, 1980; <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City C01lllcil has adopted the plan as per <br /> <br />Ordinance No. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, <br />ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br /> <br />1) The City wide storm drainage improvement charges shall <br /> <br />be: <br /> <br />a) Single and two family lots, $0.025 per square foot <br />of gross development area for densities 1lllder two and <br />one-half (2i) acres. <br /> <br />b) Multiple family, mobile home, cOIIllIlercial, industrial, <br />and institutional development, $0.041 per square foot of <br />gross development area for densities 1lllder two and one- <br />half (2i) acres. <br /> <br />c) In all other areas the developer shall provide drain- <br />age facilities as determined by the City Engineer. <br /> <br />2) The rates in this resolution were based on the December, <br />1979, Engineering News Record construction cost index of .31.30. The rates <br />will automatically increase with inflation as the construction cost index <br />rises. <br />
