The complete video tour book agreement and letter to local business has been attached for Council review. Staff has also attached a summary of the program from CGI. Highlights of the agreement are listed below. To receive this video tour book, the City of Ramsey will agree to • provide a letter describing the program on City letterhead to Ramsey area businesses; • assist with content for the Community Video Program; • agrees to let eLocalLink use the City's name in connection with the preparation, production, and marketing of the program; • agrees to display a "Coming Soon" graphic on the City's website; • agrees to display the Video Tour Book link prominently on the City website, at a size of 155x400 pixels; • and agrees to provide eLocalLink exclusive video streaming rights for the video produced by CGI Communications. In return, CGI Communications and the eLocalLink division will agree to produce a Community Video Program containing: • a welcome from the Mayor and Education, Quality of Life, and Real Estate/Relocation videos; • up to two(2) additional videos to showcase aspects of the community; • script writing and video content consultation; • professional filming of the videos; • video production and editing; • encoding of videos into multiple digital formats for use on all computer systems, browsers, and connection speeds; • storing and streaming of the videos on a CGI server • and sponsorship opportunities to Ramsey businesses Funding Source: The only funding costs associated with this agreement are postage costs for the attached letter introducing Ramsey area businesses to CGI Communications.
