PUBLIC HEARINGS/BOARD BUSINESS <br />Case #1: Public Hearing Continued — Request for a Variance to Construct a Detached <br />Accessory Building Nearer the Front Property Line than the Principal Structure at 5161 <br />156 Lane <br />Public Hearing <br />Chairperson Van Scoy called the public hearing to order at 7:04 p.m. <br />Presentation <br />Associate Planner Gladhill presented the Staff Report for the continued public hearing. <br />Board members questioned if the applicant and Staff have been in communication regarding the <br />application. Associate Planner Gladhill stated that he has been in contact with the applicant and <br />the applicant should be able to proceed with obtaining the information requested by the February <br />Board of Adjustment meeting. <br />Citizen Input <br />Motion by Board Member Levine, seconded by Chairperson Van Scoy, to table action and <br />continue the public hearing to the February Board of Adjustment meeting. <br />Motion Carried. Voting Yes: Chairperson Van Scoy, Board Members, Levine, Brauer, <br />Cleveland, Dunaway, and Rogers. Voting No: None. Absent: Board Member Hunt. <br />BOARD INPUT <br />None. <br />ADJOURNMENT <br />Motion by Board Member Levine, seconded by Board Member Cleveland, to adjourn the <br />meeting. <br />Motion Carried. Voting Yes: Chairperson Van Scoy, Board Members Levine, Cleveland, <br />Brauer, Dunaway, and Rogers. Voting No: None.
