Council Action: <br />Motion to: <br />(1) Introduce Ordinance #10- which is an Ordinance Amending Chapter 2 of the <br />City's Home Rule Charter by requiring that effective January 1, 2011 the City's form of <br />government shall be the Mayor Council Plan. <br />(2) The City Clerk is directed to forthwith refer the Ordinance to the Charter Commission for <br />its review and comment. Said Charter Commission comments shall then be presented to <br />the City Council for its consideration. <br />(3) The Ordinance amendment shall be placed on the ballot for the November 2, 2010 <br />general election. <br />(4) The process prescribed in Minn. Stat. 410.12, Subd. 5 shall be followed for this <br />amendment. <br />Review Checklist: <br />City Administrator <br />
