CITY COUNCIL WORK SESSION <br />CITY OF RAMSEY <br />ANOKA COUNTY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />The Ramsey City Council conducted a City Council Work Session on Tuesday, January 19, <br />2010, at the Ramsey Municipal Center, 7550 Sunwood Drive NW, Ramsey, Minnesota. <br />Members Present: <br />Also Present: <br />Mayor Bob Ramsey <br />Councilmember John Dehen <br />Councilmember David Elvig <br />Councilmember David Jeffrey <br />Councilmember Matt Look <br />Councilmember Colin McGlone <br />Councilmember Jeffrey Wise <br />City Administrator Kurtis Ulrich <br />Deputy City Administrator Heidi A. Nelson <br />City Engineer Tim Himmer <br />Assistant City Engineer Steven Jankowski <br />CALL TO ORDER <br />Mayor Ramsey called the City Council Work Session to order at 7:00 p.m. <br />APPROVE AGENDA <br />The agenda was approved as submitted. <br />PUBLIC INPUT <br />Frank Yamatpour spoke about Sunfish Express and about a document showing a frontage road <br />behind the gas station not showing a median. He noted he had conveyed land for the frontage <br />road, but the frontage road had never been put in. He indicated he had built his site based upon <br />information that the frontage road would be put in. <br />Mayor Ramsey stated staff would look into Mr. Yamatpour's issue and get back to the Council <br />with information at a future date. <br />COUNCIL TOPICS FOR DISCUSSION <br />1) Dysprosium Street Improvements <br />Assistant City Engineer Jankowski reviewed the staff report. <br />City Council Work Session / January 19, 2010 <br />Page 1 of 3 <br />
