Consider Request for Sidewalk Installation along 150 Lane NW — Ratify the <br />recommendation of the Public Works Committee and authorize staff to investigate <br />the option for installation of a sidewalk along the north side of 150` Lane NW <br />from Nowthen Boulevard NW to connect with the existing sidewalks within the <br />Meadows subdivision along Helium Street — AND — direct staff to ident <br />potential funding sources for sidewalks and present a case at a future meeting — <br />AND — direct staff to contact the school to see if they could contribute to this <br />project and also discuss with them the internal traffic circulation on their site. <br />b. Review Burlington Northern Sante Fe (BNSF) Arsenic Clean-Up Request and <br />Approve Proposed Plan — no action necessary. <br />c. Consider Lighting Requirements at Street Crosswalks - Ratify the <br />recommendation of the Public Works Committee and authorize staff to prepare <br />individual cost proposals for crosswalks for future review and consideration from <br />the Council. <br />d. Review Proposed 2010 Street Maintenance Plan - Ratify the recommendation of <br />the Public Works Committee and direct staff to prepare a feasibility study for the <br />2010 Street Maintenance Program consistent with the recommendation of the City <br />Council. <br />e. Request Anoka County to Have a Speed Study Performed on CR57 between <br />Highway 10 and Bunker Lake Boulevard — Ratify the recommendation of the <br />Public Works Committee and direct staff to meet with the County to discuss the <br />whistle zone, medians, and speed limits for the segment of Sunfish Lake Boulevard <br />between THI0 and Bunker Lake Boulevard. <br />5.16 Report from Personnel Committee <br />a. Consider a Title Change from Administrative Sergeant to Lieutenant — Adopt <br />Resolution #10 -02 -048 Approving a Title Change from Administrative Sergeant to <br />Lieutenant. <br />b. Consider a Resolution to End Probationary Period for a Patrol Sergeant — Adopt <br />Resolution #10 - 02 - 049 ending the probationary period for a Patrol Sergeant. <br />5.17 Report from Finance Committee <br />a.
