<br />.. <br /> <br />Councilmember Elvig introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #10-01-033 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING THE ISSUANCE OF AN INTERIM USE PERMIT TO <br />ALLOW FOR THE OPERATION OF A PLACE OF ASSEMBLY IN THE E-2 <br />EMPLOYMENT DISTRICT BASED ON FINDINGS OF FACT #0861, AND <br />DECLARING THE TERMS OF SAME. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the St. Katharine Drexel Catholic Community, hereinafter referred to as <br />"Applicant", has properly applied to the City of Ramsey (the "City") for an interim use permit to <br />operate a Church in the E-2 Employment District on the property located at 7181 143rd Ave NW <br />legally described as follows: <br /> <br />Lot 4, Block 1, AEC Energy Park 3rd Addition, Subject to Easement of Record, <br />Anoka County, Minnesota. <br /> <br />(the "Subject Property"); and <br /> <br />. WHEREAS, the Planning Commission met on January 7, 2010, conducted a public <br />hearing and recommended that the City Council approve the request to operate a Place of <br />Assembly in the E-2 Employment District; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council met on January 26, 2010 to review the request for an <br />interim use permit to operate a Place of Assembly in the E-2 Employment District. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />This permit is issued pursuant to S 117-52 of the Ramsey City Code. The conditions of this <br />permit are as follows; <br /> <br />1) The Permittee is herein allowed to operate a Place of Assembly and Parish Offices on the <br />Subject Property. <br /> <br />2) The Permittee shall secure written permission from the building owner for the parking of up <br />to eighty-two (82) vehicles on the Subject Property. Such written permission shall be <br />provided to the City. The City reserves the right to require additional parking spaces to be <br />lined/striped in the rear/loading. area of the existing structure for use by the Permittee. <br /> <br />3) This Permit shall commence on the date of City Council approval of same and shall expire on <br />January 26,2015. . <br /> <br />4) This Permit is applicable only to the operation of a Place of Assembly and Parish Offices on <br />the Subject Property.
