<br />City Attorney Goodrich said it will come up' in court and he will either <br />plead. guilty or not guilty. <br /> <br />....." <br />.' <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec asked Mr. Hexom why he didn't reply to the correspondence <br />that was sent to him. <br /> <br />Mr. Hexom replied that he was out of state quite a bit. <br /> <br />City Administrator Schnelle said the building inspector does an <br />inspection on the buildings to be moved and gives his recommendations <br />and then sends it to the P & Z Commission for their site and design <br />plan recommendations. Now this is after the fact. This should have <br />been done before it was moved in. <br /> <br />City Attorney Goodrich recommended keeping both things in effect, <br />the court case and the site and design plan ordinance. If he meets <br />requirements before going to trial, the City could drop charges. <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec directed city staff to schedule this issue for the next <br />~ Planning & Zoning meeting. <br /> <br />6. Tra-prock Commons Plat Release of Maintenance Bond for Roads <br /> <br />Motion b,y Councilman Reimann and seconded by Councilman Cox to release <br />Traprock Commons Plat Maintenance Bond for roads as per recommendation <br />of City Engineer Raatikka. <br /> <br />8 <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting yes-Mayor Gamec, Councilmen Sorteberg, Reimann, <br />Mickelson and Cox. Voting no-None~' <br /> <br />7. Quotes on Fire Door for City Hall <br /> <br />Motion by Councilman Mickelson and seconded b,y Councilman Cox to <br />adopt Resolution #80- 153 accepting lowest price quote which was <br />Sylvester Brothers Lumber in the amount of $215.00 on fire door-- <br />~ including delivery. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting yes-Mayor Gamec, Councilmen Sorteberg, Reimann, <br />Mickelson and Cox. Voting no-None. <br /> <br />8. Metro Council Public Hearin~ on Revision of Housin~ Policy #39 <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec said this will effect the City when Sewer & Water come in. <br />The City would probably go into multiple dwellings, but he didn't <br />see how it could be answered at this time. <br /> <br />Councilman Sorteberg said they were looking at smaller lots and smaller <br />housing to cut costs. <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec said thE should refer to the City's lot size proposals <br />for future subdivisions. <br /> <br />) <br /> <br />Councilman Cox suggested indicating to them that they are not consistent <br />with their policies and the City's doesn't understand what their position <br />really is. <br /> <br />C/November 25, 1980 <br />Page 8 <br />
