Impact on <br />natural resources includes the impact on the level, <br />flow, or quality of water resources (lakes, streams, <br />wetlands) and impact on wildlife populations or <br />habitat (migration routes, breeding sites, plant <br />communities); <br /> <br />f. <br /> <br />Whether the proposed amendment may have an impact on <br />the future acquisition of land in an area identified <br />in the Capital Improvement Program of the Council's <br />Recreation Open Space Development Guide/Policy Plan; <br /> <br />g. Whether the proposed amendment may affect either the <br />function of a metropolitan airport identified in the <br />Council's Airports System Plan/Development Guide <br />or the land use within an airport search area; <br /> <br />h.
