Whether the proposed amendment may result in an <br />effluent flow from the service area in which the pro- <br />posed change(s) is (are) located that exceeds the 1990 <br />or five-year staging forecasts originally projected in <br />the local sewer policy plan; <br /> <br />Whether the proposed amendment may result in a change <br />to the local sewer policy plan conc.rning local or <br />private central sewer facilities for which a National <br />Pollution Discharge Elimination Systems or State <br />Disposal System permit or permit modification may be <br />required; <br />I <br />d. Whether the proposed amendment may result in less <br />restrictive standards ~nd conditions to be adopted for <br />the installation or operation of private sewer facil- <br />ities than those described in the original plan; <br /> <br />c. <br /> <br />e. <br /> <br />Whether the proposed amendment may have an impact on <br />the use of regional parks and open space facilities or <br />natural resources within such facilities. Impact on <br />natural resources includes the impact on the level, <br />flow, or quality of water resources (lakes, streams, <br />wetlands) and impact on wildlife populations or <br />habitat (migration routes, breeding sites, plant <br />communities); <br /> <br />f. <br /> <br />Whether the proposed amendment may have an impact on <br />the future acquisition of land in an area identified <br />in the Capital Improvement Program of the Council's <br />Recreation Open Space Development Guide/Policy Plan; <br /> <br />g. Whether the proposed amendment may affect either the <br />function of a metropolitan airport identified in the <br />Council's Airports System Plan/Development Guide <br />or the land use within an airport search area; <br /> <br />h. Whether the proposed amendment may result in a change <br />in the timing, staging, volume, capacity, design, <br />location or functional classification of local <br />transportation facilities that may have an impact on <br />the metropolitan highway system; <br /> <br />4 <br />
