<br />, <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />\)'d> /e- <br /> <br />AGREEMENT <br /> <br />CITY OF RAMSEY <br />ANOKA COUNTY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />This agreement, by and between the City of Ramsey, Anoka County, Minnesota, <br />hereinafter referred to as "City" and Lewis and Thelma Graves, 6314 West <br />Highway #10, Ramsey, hereinafter referred to as "Applicant". <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Applicants have constructed at their place of <br />business a 24 x 24 garage to be used for storage of business materials; <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Applicants have verbally agreed to and posted a <br />$3,000 bond to guarantee the following for consideration of the issuance <br />of a building permit: <br /> <br />1) Elimination of all outside storage except for vehicles and <br />storage in the fenced area as shown on Exhibit "A". <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Applicants have appeared before the City Council <br />and met all the requirements as specified. <br /> <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, it is hereby agreed by and between the parties hereto as <br />follows: <br /> <br />1) <br /> <br />That the Applicants shall eliminare all outside storage <br />except for the following: <br /> <br />a) Motor vehicles <br />b) Storage wi thin a screened area as designated on <br />Exhibit "A" <br /> <br />2) <br /> <br />That the screened exterior storage shall consist of an <br />alternating board fence six feet (6) high. <br /> <br />3) <br /> <br />That the Applicants shall forfeit their bond in the amount <br />of $3,000 if the terms of this agreement are not met on or <br />before July 3, 1981. <br /> <br />DATED this the 13th day of January, 1981. <br /> <br />CITY OF RAMSEY <br /> <br />WITNESSES: <br /> <br />It I S Mayor <br /> <br />LOUIS N.
