W. was designated a city street belonging <br />to the City of Ramsey when Norman Holmes sold two pieces of property on it. The <br />street basicly ends at my property line and subsequently would be in the care, <br />custody and control of the City of Ramsey. <br /> <br />Based on the winder conditions in the area every yearpy'ior to the designation <br />as a city street and since it's designation I have gone to the expense of plowing <br />a complete road to the county line for the City of Ramsey. I am in the process <br />of selling mY residence and 3 and 3/4 acres adjacent to the present road and into <br />the pond area and would at this time request that the City of Ramsey consider <br />maintaining and plowing this section of road including the cul-de-sac at the top <br />of the hill adjacent to my garage and house. <br /> <br />In order to facilitate and alleviate any possible problems the City of Ramsey <br />might have, I am enclosing a Covenant Not To Sue and a Hold Harmless agreement <br />to the City of Ramsey for any damage to property or any other items which may <br />become damaged through the plowing of the street of Magnesium at this time and <br />at any future period until this portion of the street from the residence of Vilroy <br />. Gilman up to the top of the hill and back down again is converted to a city street. <br /> <br />At this point we have foregone the billing to the City of Ramsey for plowing this <br />section of the road as a courtesy to the city but will have to submit a bill if the <br />previously mentioned arrangements cannot be accepted by the city of}Ramsey. <br /> <br />- By means of this letter and the two accompanying re!itases I would consider the <br />use of the additional amount of road being used as a turn-around by the city of <br />Ramsey for plowing and maintenance of this section. <br /> <br />Respectfully, <br /> <br />.
