The resfX)nsibilities of t..'1e Advisoxy Board 'WOuld <br />be to revieN and c:mnent on such matters as the cost allocation <br />system, operating budg.ets, capital iIrprovem:mt programs, air/\vater <br />quality standards, future wastewater standards and related operating <br />a..'1d capital costs, and other such matters that 'WOuld require review <br />a."1d a:::mnent.
