<br />Amendment should be studied and be put back on the Council's agenda for <br />January ~J, 1981 for action. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilman Sorteberg and seconded by Councilman Reimann that the <br />above case be tabled and put on the Council agenda dated January 13, 1981. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting yes Mayor Gamec, Councilman Reimann and Sorteberg. <br />Voting no None. <br /> <br />CASE #2 RAMSEY LANDFILL: <br /> <br />Council took the following action on the Ramsey Landfill items: <br /> <br />a) Ramsey Landfill Contract - Council noted the contents con- <br />tained in Mayor Blomquist of Anoka letter dated November 26, <br />1980 (which is shown as enclosure D2-b of the Council agenda) <br />stating the Anoka City Council's position in response to the <br />City of Ramsey letter dated October 28, 1980. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilman Sorteberg and seconded by Councilman <br />Reimann that the City Attorney, Mr. Bill Goodrich, take <br />appropriate legal action in pursuing the City's right in <br />seeing that the City of Anoka honors the contract agreement <br />between the City of Anoka and City of Ramsey in regards to <br />the City of Anoka conveying to the City of Ramsey the land- <br />fill property. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting yes Mayor Gamec,Councilmen Sorteberg <br />and Reimann. Voting no None. <br /> <br />b ) Ramsey Landfill Reports and Correspondence - - Council <br />noted all the following documents that were contained in en- <br />closure CD2-c) of the agenda dated December 16, 1980: <br /> <br />1) Inspec-ti'on Report dated November 3, 1980 <br />2) Inspection Report dated Nqvember 5, 1980 <br />3) Inspection Report dated November 13, 1980 <br />4) Inspection Report dated November 19, 1980 <br />5) Letter from Robert Hutchison, Director Environmental <br />Services dated December 1, 1980 <br />6) Letter from Robert Hutchison, Director Environmental <br />Services dated December 1, 1980 <br />7) Letter from Ms. Terry Hoffman, Executive Director of <br />the Minnesota Pollution Control Agency dated December 2, <br />1980. <br /> <br />The City Administrator asked Council to note Ingrid Ritchie, PHD <br />Minnesota Health Department letter dated December 12, 1980 (which <br />is enclosed as an addendum to enclosure (D2-c) which was in re- <br />sponse to the City's letter dated December 2, 1980 to the <br />Minnesota Health Department which was contained in enclosure <br />(C-l Item #1) of Council agenda dated December 16, 1980.
