<br />ty~\ <br /> <br />TO: Mayor and City Council <br /> <br />FROM:: Ci ty Administrator <br /> <br />RE: Board of Adjustment Information <br /> <br />Enclosure (D4-a) Information regarding Ramsey Landfill request to place <br />a mobile home on site <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />CASE #1: <br /> <br />REQUESTING PERMISSION TO PLACE A MOBILE HOME ON RAMSEY LANDFILL <br />SITE TO BE USED AS OFFICE AND SECURITY PURPOSES: <br /> <br />Background Information: The following background information <br />is hereby furnished for your review and information in regards <br />to the request for a variance to locate a mobile home on the <br />Ramsey Landfill premises which would be used for office and <br />security purposes: <br /> <br />a) Application request for variance from Ordinance 170.02. <br /> <br />b) Public hearing notice pushed in the Anoka Union on December 26, <br />1980. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />c) List of persons/occupants notified of public hearing. <br /> <br />d) Excerpt of the City Code pertaining to this request for <br />variance. <br /> <br />COMMENTS: We will have a proposed finding of fact prepared for <br />this case at the meeting for your review and information when <br />taking action on this case. <br /> <br />Council should be aware that you have others who want to use <br />mobile homes as an office. However, the situation is different <br />in this case. <br /> <br />It should also be noted that this mobile home will be there <br />during the duration of the operation of the landfill. <br /> <br />Council Action: Your action will be as follows on this case: <br /> <br />a) Adopt the findings of fact. <br /> <br />b) Prepare an agreement in regards to the issuance of a variance <br />that is providing you approve of the granting of a variance. <br /> <br />
