We are of the <br />opinion that the Governor, legislators and the Governor's Staff people <br />were really taken aback b-y your study as you have done such a thorough job <br />on a complicated issue. <br /> <br />We ar.e enthusiastically looking forward to working you and Mayor Vetter <br />and your Association on this issue. We would like to become an associate <br />member of your Association if this is possible.
