Councilmember Elvig noted that RALF dollars are highly competitive so the Council <br />needs a sense of urgency to resolve its questions. <br /> <br />Motion carried. MAYOR, COUNCIL AND STAFF INPUT <br /> <br />Youth First <br />Mayor Ramsey reported on the success of the recent Mayor's snowmobile trail ride on the Rum <br />River that raised over $1,700 for Youth First and announced the upcoming Mayor's Prayer <br />Breakfast. <br /> <br />Open Houses Scheduled <br />City Engineer Himmer announced the open house to be held February 11,2010, on the proposed <br />CR116 improvements from Sunfish to the east. He also announced the February 17,2010, open <br />house to discuss the Armstrong Boulevard interchange at Highway 10. <br /> <br />Upcomin2 Events <br />Councilmember Elvig announced the dates of upcoming community events. <br /> <br />Train Whistle Ouiet Zone <br />City Administrator Ulrich commented on the train whistle quiet zone that will start on February <br />25,2010. <br /> <br />9.
