Attachment A <br />ORDINANCE #10- <br />CITY OF RAMSEY <br />ANOKA COUNTY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />AN AMENDMENT TO CHAPTER 117 WHICH IS KNOWN AS THE ZONING AND <br />SUBDIVISION OF LAND CHAPTER OF THE CITY CODE OF RAMSEY, MINNESOTA. <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 117 -1 (DEFINITIONS) OF THE RAMSEY <br />CITY CODE. <br />The City of Ramsey ordains: <br />SECTION 1 AUTHORITY <br />This ordinance is adopted pursuant to and under the authority of the City Charter of the City of <br />Ramsey. <br />SECTION 2 AMEND <br />Section 117 -1 of the Ramsey City Code is amended to include the following text (additions <br />indicated as underlined text, deletions are indicated as a s4iketlffeugh): <br />117 -1 Definitions <br />Driveway means aR an site tfaffie lane leading dir-eetly to a gar-age from the elesest street aeeess, <br />the width of vAiieh eamet eyeeed the gar-age v�4dth by mere than 15 feet, or- iii the abseflee of <br />g a t pane to a ,,,king pad that e „t e 20 root i ; An onsite prepared <br />surface traffic lane, which shall be the traffic lane leading directly from a public street to the <br />primary garage on the subject parcel; the width of which cannot exceed the primary garage <br />width by more than fifteen (15) feet, or in the absence of a garage, a traffic lane to a parking pad <br />that cannot exceed twenty (20) feet in width. Driveway parking may not extend beyond the front <br />of the r imar garage without meeting the performance standards for side or rear yard parking, <br />(Cannot exceed maximum width at roadway under zoning district bulk standards). <br />Equipment, commercial use, means any motorized o ^+^ ^z °a appar --here primar <br />use is to faeihWe the generation of revenue.
